Registration Costs and Deadlines  

Early bird (October 15th - extended to December 31st): $275 regular, $150 student

Standard (January 1 - January 29th): $350 regular, $250 student 

Registration will be capped at 250 people. 

All registrants must agree to the workshop's principles of conduct, https://beav.es/conduct

Registration Scholarship Application  

In an effort to make this workshop accessible, we will be providing 25 free registrations to participants who would otherwise be unable to attend.

Applications for scholarship closed on November 26th and applicants will be notified on December 16th.  

We are unable to support further scholarships or other travel costs.
