Early bird (October 15th - December 19th): $275 regular, $150 student

Standard (December 20th - January 29th): $350 regular, $250 student 

Registration will be capped at 250 people. 

All registrants must agree to the workshop's principles of conduct, https://beav.es/conduct

Registration Scholarship Application  

In an effort to make this workshop accessible, we have 25 free registrations available for participants who would otherwise be unable to attend. Unfortunately, we are unable to support other travel costs. 

Applications for scholarship will close on November 26, and workshop staff will let applicants know by December 5 if they were selected.
